Do I need an impression kit?
Yes. Every grill is made specifically for your teeth, so we’ll either send you an impression kit with easy-to-follow instructions or arrange an in-person appointment if you’re local.
How long does my order take?
Production times vary depending on the design, but most custom orders are completed within 2–4 weeks after we receive your impressions.
What materials do you offer?
We offer a range of premium materials, including:

Can I eat while wearing my grillz?
We recommend removing your grillz before eating or drinking anything other than water. This helps protect both your grillz and your oral health.
How do I clean my grillz?
Clean your grillz regularly using warm water, a soft toothbrush, and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, and store them in a protective case when not in use.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A deposit is required before production begins. This secures your order and covers the cost of materials and manufacturing.
Can I return my grillz?
Because every order is custom-made to your unique dental impressions, custom grillz cannot be returned or refunded unless there is a manufacturing fault.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes. If your grillz become damaged or require adjustments, contact us and we’ll advise you on the available repair options.
